STUD

Warning: this blog post is full of extreme bragging and no sense of humility about the man I married.

Now that you have all been fair warned here we go.

Lately Trevin and my life have seemed to revolve immensely around my stomach. Well not really my stomach but the little girl that is living in there at the moment. Most of my blogs seem to deal with pregnancy in some way or another whether its the outfits I want to buy or what I threw up after breakfast that morning. It seems to be a constant topic around all of our friends. "How are you feeling?" "What's the latest edition to the nursery?" "EEEEKK I'm so excited" You know that sort of thing. Well with all my moaning and groaning I sometimes forget that I married a STUD, as in someone really really awesome. So here I go bragging about Trevin because well he really deserves it.

Early every morning Trev kisses me good-bye as he heads for class and I mumble "I love you" with my head still buried under the covers, semi-upset that eventually I will have to get out of bed and drag myself to work at 9:30. Trevin goes to school all morning and then works until 5:00 pm at which point I meet him at the track, he runs his 3 miles or whatever while I struggle to waddle my 1 whole mile. After we get home and eat dinner Trev either goes back to the library or buries himself in the bedroom studying MCAT for another few hours. By the time he is done with that there's only time for maybe a few minutes of Sportscenter and then off to bed to do it again the next day. Also once a week he volunteers as a Spanish interpreter at a local low-income clinic. And then another day every week he shadows one of the BYU team doctors at his Sports Medicine Clinic. Seriously this boy works so hard, good thing he gets the weekend to relax....haha funny.

Here is how our weekend went. Trev woke up at 7:30 on Saturday so he could take a full length practice MCAT. Around 10 I rolled out of bed and head to the grocery store. When I get back from the store he was just finishing up the test (he got a 30!!!). He then started his weekly manly chores aka trash, bathroom, etc. Side note--since we got married I have never had to clean the bathroom thanks to him! Later on Trevin runs out to the store to get something I forgot for dinner that night. Then we tried out our pasta skills for our dinner guests. The two of us struggled to imitate Chef Bob and his amazing pasta skills that we learned the weekend before on our cooking date, we actually didn't do too bad. Sunday Trev once again got up early to go to the meetings he had for the 3 hours before church started. He came home an hour after church because of meetings and now he is finally asleep.

What a stud! Between going to school, working, volunteering/shadowing, studying for the MCAT, church responsibilities, and taking care of his needy pregnant wife he has so much on his plate. I can't help but brag because he does so good at it and I'm so proud of him!!
