My newest accomplishment....most people don't think making cookies is that big a deal but considering the frequency that I bake and my success rate, this is quite a proud moment for me. I don't have the best batting average when it comes to making treats. Generally I mess them up because I am horrible at following directions or I'm overcome with guilt halfway through making them and try to substitute ingredients for healthier options. Well today I decided would be the day, I kept my guilt out of the kitchen and followed the recipe exactly. Turns out its not as hard as I always thought. Yes I actually made the ones in the picture, not bad eh?
I figured I've pretty much mastered this growing a baby thing now so I had to try something new. I think I'm going to have to say the growing a baby thing is harder than the cookie making thing. I recommend maybe trying the cookie thing first, its easier....baby steps. Anyways here's 26 weeks, I'm starting to feel large and in charge. Well actually I think the little girl growing in my belly is in charge, either way, large feels like a good way to describe it. She is kicking like crazy and tells me to eat like 12 times a day but we're so excited and I can't wait for these three months to fly by!
